HEART ATTACK - SYMPTOMS

Signs and symptoms of heart attack :

Generally crushing pain is experienced between the shoulder blades for men and the symptoms of heart attack in women include mild pain between in between the shoulder blades. The symptoms of heart attack can vary from person to person.

Some people may experience an increase in heartbeats when they are physically involved in activities like a big meal, mental stress, cold weather etc. in these situations heart requires more oxygen and the heart blocking creates a problem due to which the pain in heart may occur. If it lasts longer like more than 15 minutes this should be definitely considered to be a symptom of heart attack.

The typical symptom of a heart attack is that some patients also experience terrible pressure which includes squeezing and burning pain in the middle of the chest. In some cases, the pain also reaches neck jaw, shoulder, arm, lower part of arm, and back. It is advisable to take immediate medical help if the pain is associated with sweating, weakness, dizziness, and shortness of breath.

Dizziness is one of the common symptoms of heart attack and this is true especially when the dizziness continues for some days. So better not ignore the dizziness which may be associated with a heart attack in the future.
